I'm Penny

 — I am a pelvic floor yoga teacher & podcast host specializing in movement, breathwork & body awareness practices for those living with overactive pelvic floor dysfunction - pelvic tension & pain. My mission is to help you reconnect with your body,  release pain & discomfort, and feel more empowered in your body and self. I guide virtual classes consisting of pelvic floor yoga, breathwork, and myofascial release. These practices are created for people living with overactive pelvic floor dysfunction - where they experience tension and find it challenging to let go of pelvic floor.
Through our practice together we focus on pelvic floor lengthening & relaxation, through gentle movement, breathwork & nervous system regulation practices.
