Even though I have just recently began my yoga journey with Penny I can already see the impact it is making on my life. A few weeks back my Osteopath was telling me how my pelvic floor muscles felt like rocks instead of muscles. When I went back last week she was telling that there was a huge difference in my muscle tension now. Not only this experience but also my ability to handle pain and flare ups so much better through Penny’s yoga teachings, make me so grateful to have found her. The combination of having live classes and a community of fellow sufferers to share your journey with as well as being able to access classes online whenever I am feeling tense has been a major contribution to my healing. I am finally optimistic that I will get better again and am learning through Penny’s help how to let go of the constant muscle tension that I am experiencing.

I stumbled across Penny's Instagram page in June 2022 when I was in a pretty desperate situation with pain, feeling very low. I remember joining in a free session and instantly felt connected and understood by others who felt similar feelings to me in their pelvic area. Pelvic Floor Yoga has given me the greatest gift of re-connection with my body, mind and soul. I’d fallen out of love with myself over many years of unexplained discomfort. Now I am so grateful for my body and I am much more attuned to it. Thank you for you Penny, for your light, your energy and your knowledge. I have been doing Penny’s yoga program for nearly two months now at the recommendation of my pelvic floor PT. I am SO thankful that I have discovered this program, in just a few short weeks I have already noticed a significant difference in my pelvic pain and discomfort. At the end of my day I don’t feel stress about ‘having’ to squeeze in some down training time but I actually look forward to it. Her programs are incredibly thorough and address both mind and body. I feel as though I am more confident in pushing my body during my busy days as I now have a space to go when I need a reset. Before Penny I thought I had mastered relaxing my pelvic floor but it was only the tip of the iceberg and I am very much looking forward to continuing to learn with Penny’s skillful and goofy guidance.
