Today I am bringing you a wishlist you can hand over to your partner, family, or kids - or us as inspiration to gift yourself things that support your pelvic health. Because you deserve it - you work so hard.
This list includes practical health tools, cozy nervous system support, intimacy-friendly gifts, and a few things that simply make life with pelvic pain a bit more magical and supported.
Practical Holiday Gifts for Pelvic Pain Relief
These practical holiday gifts for pelvic pain support bowel health, movement, and daily pelvic comfort.
Squatty Potty
This one is actually on my list this year, because I don't have one! I've used my yoga blocks in the pst (double win), but it's time for an upgrade.
Why is this important for your pelvic health? A squatting position is more supportive for bowel movements. By elevating the feet (and knees) the Squatty Potty helps the pelvic floor and sphincter relax and open more easily - making it gentler to fully empty without straining.
Yoga props
Since I just mentioned using yoga blocks for pooping… this feels like a perfect segue.
If you practice any form of yoga at home, props can make a huge difference - especially for pelvic floor support.
Yoga mat – doesn’t have to be fancy
Yoga bolster – Half Moon is my favorite, but there are many affordable options
Yoga blocks – amazing for supported bridge, heart openers, and supported bound angle - or just support throughout your practice (cannot stress this enough).
Yoga strap – or a belt/scarf if you don’t have one
You can find these online, but also at places like the dollar store.
Myofascial Release Props
Myofascial release work is incredibly powerful for increasing body awareness, improving mobility, and reducing pain.
If you have restricted fascia around the pelvis - glutes, hips, inner or outer thighs - this can affect posture, compensation patterns, and pelvic tension. In our weekly online myofascial release practices, we use an inflatable ball and tune-up balls to gently work with fascia.
If you want to understand fascia more deeply and how it impacts pelvic pain, you can read more about it in this blog post.
Heating Pad
Heat is a game-changer for pelvic pain, cramps, low back tension, and nervous system regulation.
A soft, reusable heating pad - either plug-in or rechargeable - can be used daily, especially during flare-ups or before bed.
Period Pro Kit by Somedays
Their cramp cream is incredibly helpful, and I’m obsessed with their custom heat pad - mine says “fuck pelvic pain.”
This kit is especially supportive if you experience:
period pain
pelvic tension during your cycle
low back or abdominal discomfort
If you’ve been meaning to try their products, this is a great one to ask for this Christmas.
Comfort & Nervous System Support Gifts for Pelvic Pain
These gifts focus on nervous system regulation and comfort - key components of managing pelvic pain.
Magnesium (Spray or Supplement)
I know - magnesium doesn’t sound exciting. But hear me out.
Magnesium can support:
muscle relaxation
nervous system regulation
better sleep
Turn this into something fun & cozy by adding it to a gift basket with epsom salt, candles, and a journal. So cute!
Reusable Water Bottle
Hydration is important for pelvic health — fascia, bladder, bowel function, all of it.
A lot of people with overactive pelvic floor symptoms drink less water because they feel like they need to pee all the time. But restriction doesn’t fix the issue - learning to soften, relax, and regulate does. I actually got one from my bestie one Christmas, and I loved it - you know why? Because she made it Me. Think pink, purple, a bunch of personalised stickers on it!
What would your water bottle look like?
Bath Set With Epsom Salt + Cute Things
Here, the person gifting have to get a bit creative. If you've tuned into the Pelvic Power Podcast you know I'm all for taking mindful, healing baths.
Think:
epsom salt
dried lavender
soy candles
a journal or book
a bath pillow
a bath tray
a cute drink
Honestly? This might be the ultimate gift. And yes, I will probably be making myself one.

Intimacy & Vulvar Care Gifts for Pelvic Pain
Intimacy and vulvar care are important parts of pelvic health, and these gifts support comfort and ease.
Iris Vulvar Moisturizer
My favorite vulvar moisturizer - and you’ve probably heard me talk about it a million times because I am obsessed.
You can use PENNY10 for 10% off online, or find it at 700+ pharmacies across Canada (check their store locator).
Especially helpful for dryness, sensitivity, and vulvar discomfort - shop online here.
Huha Underwear
My favourite underwear brand - breathable mineral undies with a zinc-infused gusset.
Designed to reduce bacteria and keep the vulvar area comfortable. Truly one of those “once you try them, you get it” things. Use PENNY15 for 15% off, this discount also stacks - so the more you buy, the cheaper it is! Get yours here.
Kiwi by The Pelvic People
This pelvic floor massager is on my list this year.
"Sex isn’t always easy! And the vaginal opening is a sensitive place. If you're experiencing a tight feeling, avoiding sex, or struggling with desire — you're not alone, my friend. Kiwi can help!"
Send this to your partner… maybe they’ll get the hint!
Vaginal Dilators (Intimate Rose)
Dilators can be a gentle, empowering way to work with overactive pelvic floor muscles and vaginismus.
When paired with pelvic floor yoga, they can support relaxation, trust, and comfort with insertion or penetration. If this is something you struggle with, a dilator set may be a meaningful gift to yourself - check them out here.

Why is this on the list? Because learning about yourself is fun, and reading smut is also fun.
Use it for:
