As we step into a new season, a cozy season - let's harness that energy to support your lovely pelvis.
If you are in this space because you live with pelvic pain, you are right where you are supposed to be!
As I'm writing you this I just cleaned my bathroom, drew myself a bath, lit some candles and got into the water with a book - that is harnessing the energy of this season in a way that feels healing to me. And that's what I want for you this month! In this blog post I share a few of the practices on the newest Pelvic Relief Bingo Card, that you can now download for free. This month the theme is: Cozy & Connect: Coming Home to Your Pelvis
Hug the Earth Pose One of my favourite grounding exercises. As you get into this position, think that you are breathing into the earth and allow the breath to travel into the pelvis. With every exhale let yourself fully melt. So yummy. Stay here for 5-10 breaths, then switch sides.

Buy Yourself Some Cozy Socks I added this one to this month's bingo card for a couple of reasons:
Cozy season is upon us
They can be cute and keep you toasty
You can wear them to your gyno appointment so that you kinda feel "held"
Get yourself some fuzzy, cozy socks - romanticise every little moment of your life!
Easy Pose with Forward Fold
Cross one foot in front of the other
Fold over the feet
Soften your beautiful belly and invite that softness into your pelvic floor
Take 5 breaths and then switch the cross of your legs

Make Yourself Into a Little Blanket Burrito
Once again, we're focusing on the vibes of the season, making yourself as cozy as possible.
On the bingo card we also have "Self-hug", and the same kind of concept applies here. That feeling of warmth, comfort, and gentle pressure can feel incredibly grounding and regulating. Plus, you get to stay warm.
And these are just four of the practices on the bingo card—there are 20 more!
I have students who focus on one practice per day, and they've shared that it helps them feel like they're really showing up for themselves.
