What kind of energy do you want to see in your life?

As we enter a new season I’m gonna ask you the question that I often ask my students in my yoga classes, what kind of energy do you want to invite into your life? What energy do you want to continue forward with?

It is our job to make sure that we are inviting the energy that we want to see in our lives, and actively working towards it is key.

As we are now in spring (let me just say what we are all thinking - YAY!), it is known to be a time of a big cleaning. However, if you’re in a lot of pain or just feeling really low, this might feel like a whole big task to you, which is totally valid. That's why I’ve made a list of things that you can do to shift the energy in your space that will automatically shift yours. In body, mind, and soul.

Some are bigger, some smaller, and I invite you to do at least one of these in the next couple of days:

• Clean out your underwear drawer

• Clean out your closet

• Sort through the random drawer in your kitchen where somehow EVERYTHING goes

• Declutter a table/counter in your house where somehow EVERYTHING goes

• Vacuum

• Wipe off your front door

• Scrub your shower (perhaps hang some eucalyptus)

• Clean the trims in your house

• Clean the windows

• Open a window

• Run some beautiful essential oils that lift you up in your diffuser

• Buy yourself some colour flowers

• Organize your happy place - for me, it's my yoga room

• De clutter your bedroom - invite more life into your bedroom by doing this. What is actually on your bedside table? Does your bedroom feel sexy?

And for those of you who know my vibe and what we're going for in this space, you can take it a step further:

• Sage

• Pour salt outside your door (this will keep negative energies out of your space)

• Strategically place crystals around your house: Selenite at your front door for protection and attraction of angelic energy. Citrine in your wealth corner, farthest left rear corner from the front door. Place Rose Quartz by your bed for love.
